COVID-19 Genomics UK (COG-UK) Protocols
The Institute contributed a range of protocols on all aspects of large-scale, nation-wide virus sample and metadata collection, preparation, sequencing, analysis and data visualisation to the work of COG-UK.
About
Producing protocols, creating common standards
COG-UK members worked together to develop common, best-practice protocols, methods and techniques to prepare collect and prepare SARS-CoV-2 virus samples for sequencing, conduct short-read and long-read sequencing at scale with minimal turnaround times, and speed the flow of whole-genome data to open-access databases and online visualisation platforms.
