Dr Tsun-Po Yang

Postdoctoral Fellow

I am a computational biologist postdoc interested in the genomic basis of cancer, gene regulation, and gene-environment interaction.

Using statistical modelling methods and multi-omic data integration over time and space, my research interests focus on understanding the cellular and transcriptomic plasticities underlying complex disease traits in both normal and cancer genomes.
