Head of HR Business Partnering

My role as Head of HR Business Partnering involves leading a team of HR Business Partners (including the Head of Pay and Reward), HR Managers and Advisors to ensure that we provide first-rate HR guidance and advice to our Leaders and Managers. 

I have worked in HR since 2006 and am passionate about HR being a collaborative and enabling partner to the organisation.

Working with our Scientists is incredibly rewarding, and it is key that our support functions provide exemplary services to enable them to focus on their research while recruiting, retaining and developing the best people to deliver world-class science. I believe that communication is essential to all we do and I take a ‘solutions-focused’ approach to HR.
