Epigenetics and Cancer Researcher | Experimental Pipeline Innovation

My research focuses on understanding transcriptional regulation and chromatin dynamics in cancer and other disease contexts. I use high-throughput experimental approaches, including SELEX, NCAP-SELEX, and large-scale cell line generation, to explore how enhancers, motifs, and regulatory complexes drive epigenetic changes. I am particularly interested in how the genomic landscape influences cellular identity and how these interactions shape disease progression. By building and optimizing experimental pipelines, I aim to uncover molecular mechanisms that underpin therapeutic vulnerabilities and inform strategies for early diagnosis and targeted treatments. Moving forward, I aim to expand my work to dissect the interplay between chromatin structure, transcription factors, and non-coding elements in the etiology of cancer and resistance to cancer therapies.
