Biography
I am currently working on Project ENCORE to validate potential genetic dependencies in colorectal and breast cancers. The project uses a novel dual guide delivery system to knockout two genes per cell in an ‘anchor vs library’ approach.
Previously I have worked in Cellular Generation & Phenotyping where I carried out genome wide CRISPR screening in tumour organoids, and generated trophoblast organoids from primary tissue.
