My research focuses on using large-scale single-cell RNA-seq datasets to understand the underlying immune dysregulation and patient heterogeneity in IBD. Particularly, I am interested in exploring the impact of advanced therapies on peripheral immune cells and elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying drug response.
