Dr Jan Patrick Pett
Senior Bioinformatician
I am a computational biologist with more than 4 years of postdoctoral experience focused on single cell research. In my work, I combine biological research with data analysis, machine learning, and mathematical modeling. A particular focus of my work has been on gene regulatory networks and the analysis of multiomic single cell data, including RNA and ATAC, as well as spatial transcriptomics.
