    The Sanger Institute played a major role in the genomic surveillance of the COVID-19 pandemic, providing large-scale high-throughput sequencing of the SARS-CoV-2 virus and analysis of its evolution and spread in the UK.

    Throughout the COVID-19 lockdown of 2020-2021 we hosted a series of monthly freely available and open virtual seminars. From using genomic approaches to map all cell types in the human body, understand how cancer develops, and track the evolution and spread of global diseases, our senior scientists and faculty presented the latest developments in their field.

I worked as a QA Delivery Lead responsible for all functional and automation testing, process setup for all "Tree of Life Enabling Platforms" web portals with CI pipelines and a robust testing framework in order to enhance smooth development and deliveries including API data integration with all third parties

Hands-on technology professional accustomed to working in complex, project-based environments. Multifaceted experience in QA software testing, software development.

Technical Experience:

13 years of software testing experience with proficiency in SDET, ETL Testing, DevOps, API Testing, Web Testing, Telecom Testing (OSS/BSS), ATDD, RPA, JMeter, Code Review, Test Plan, Test Strategy, Tableau Reports Testing, Docker, Linux, Application Deployment, Solution Integration, Data driven Testing (TDD).
Proficient in Python, Robot Framework, BDD(Cucumber), Gherkin, Selenium Java for automation testing.

Sanger Roles & Responsibilites –

At Wellcome Sanger Institute, I was looking after all processes and execution of QA with automation for all ToL projects with CI pipelines with a robust testing framework in order to enhance and smooth development and deliveries. We managed to deliver the quality software deliveries of all Enabling platform projects.
