Kevin is a PhD student jointly supervised by Mo Lotfollahi and Gosia Trynka. His research focuses on developing deep learning methods for single-cell biology.

About me

Before joining Sanger, I worked as a data scientist/engineer at Roche and completed my master’s in biotechnology at ETH Zuerich. During my master’s, I have worked on several research projects, encompassing developmental biology and cancer immunology, unified by one common goal: dissecting biological processes at the single-cell level. In my role at Roche, I have led multiple projects to build analytical tools for scientists. By leveraging my interdisciplinary background, I am developing generative models that will assist researchers in gaining deeper insights into both in vivo and in vitro immunological processes.
