Charlotte left the Sanger Institute in 2024 to work at the Precision Breast Cancer Institute in Cambridge, UK.

Charlotte uses computational methods to study the earliest stages of cancer. She is interested in how ageing tissues accumulate mutations differently depending on a person's genetic background and lifestyle and what this can teach us about how cancer forms.

Charlotte was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Sanger Institute.
