As a Project Coordinator in the Tree of Life Programme, I work closely with the Faculty members to support their research and collaborations. I also support Project Psyche and the Ancient Environmental Genomics Initiative for Sustainability (AEGIS).

Before joining the Wellcome Sanger Institute in May 2023, I received a BSc in Biomedical Sciences (Infectious Diseases) from the University of Edinburgh, followed by an MPhil in Pathology from the University of Cambridge. After finishing my MPhil, I worked in laboratory and data management roles in a commercial setting, centered around protein research tools.

As a Project Coordinator for the Tree of Life Programme, I work as part of a fantastic team investigating biodiversity genomics. I provide operational support to our Faculty and their teams, enabling global collaborations in sampling and sequencing. I also provide project management support for Psyche and AEGIS, monitoring budgets, timelines and deliverables.
