I am a Research Governance Officer within the Legal and Governance Team (LeGo) and Secretariat for the Sanger Research Ethics Committee.
I support researchers with the legal and ethical acquisition of non-human samples for research, particularly with regards to Access and Benefit Sharing legislation (also known as the Nagoya Protocol). I also support the LeGo Quality Officer to investigate incidents relating to compliance regarding human and non-human samples and am the secretariat for the Sanger Research Ethics Committee.
