In my role as a Graduate Associate within the Business Support Team (BST), I provide support to the Strategy and Delivery team across a variety of tasks, with a current focus on communications and design work.
Since joining the graduate scheme in September 2024, I have fully immersed myself in the culture at Sanger, embracing the institute’s mission and values.
In addition to my core responsibilities, I have actively joined and become passionate about the Race Equity Network and the Technicians Commitment. These initiatives align with my personal commitment to fostering inclusion, diversity, and equality within the workplace and beyond.
In the BST, I’m fortunate to work alongside a talented team that values creativity and open collaboration. We tackle challenges together, share knowledge, and support one another in meeting the goals set by the Senior Leadership Team.
