Research interests
My primary research interest lies in modeling the landscape of genetic alterations using CRISPR-Cas9/13d platforms to uncover the mechanisms driving disease, with a particular focus on cancer. I am especially motivated to explore the functional impact of genetic variants, including those in non-coding regions, on gene regulation and cellular pathways involved in cancer progression. By investigating these mechanisms, I aim to identify potential diagnostic markers, therapeutic targets, and innovative treatment strategies.
