Executive Administrator - Cellular Genetics
Since January 2023, I have been with CellGen, providing high-level strategic support to the Head of Programme and managing the administration team. Our team-oriented strategy is dedicated to delivering outstanding support to the Faculty, whilst continuously enhancing and simplifying our administrative processes and procedures.
Previous experience:
Before joining CellGen, I worked at The Health Foundation as an Executive Assistant within the Q Community—a network dedicated to improving health and care quality across the UK and Ireland. In this role, I supported the Director and Associate Directors and played a key role in establishing the Q Advisory Board, serving as the primary contact for board members.
The majority of my career has been in the education sector. For over four years, I served as the Private Secretary to Sir Anthony Seldon, Vice-Chancellor at the University of Buckingham and Political Historian for No.10. In this capacity, I implemented a new office structure, managed a team of four PAs, organised high-level conferences and events, and handled some of Sir Anthony’s private administrative tasks.
Throughout my career, I have thrived in administrative roles, gaining extensive experience and building valuable contacts. This solid foundation enables me to provide exceptional support, share my expertise, and empower my team to advance their own careers.
