I am a bioinformatician curating scRNA-seq datasets for the cellxgene data Portal.

I completed a B.Tech in Bioinformatics from Bharathidasan University and an M.Tech in Computational Biology from Pondicherry University. My career has involved working on several next-generation sequencing (NGS) projects, focusing on cancer research. Currently, I am a bioinformatician at Cellular Genetics Informatics, where I curate scRNA-seq datasets for the Cellxgene Data Portal by CZI.
