WormBase and WormBase ParaSite

WormBase is the model organism database of C. elegans and other nematodes. The related resource WormBase ParaSite, is a portal for the draft genomes of parasitic helminths.

WormBase is a comprehensively curated database of the genetics, genomics and biology C. elegans that also contains curated genomes for a key parasitic nematodes.

WormBase’s partner site, WormBase ParaSite, is a portal for parasitic helminth genomes providing rapid access to the genome sequences, annotation and comparative genomics of around one hundred parasitic species.

WormBase ParaSite uses Ensembl technology to store and provide access to genomic data, but is also closely integrated with and complementary to the main WormBase resource.
