Multiple Motif Meta Analysis (M3A)
The Multiple Motif Meta Analysis (M3A) method can be used to identify enriched and de-enriched DNA motifs from a collection of sequences (e.g. enhancers or promoters). Unlike many other methods, M3A relies on an annotated list of motifs which makes it easier to interpret results biologically.
Given a set of sequences (e.g. corresponding to enhancers), and a collection of TF binding motifs (we offer several curated sets), M3A will identify motifs which are significantly enriched or de-enriched.
