Lucy supports and coaches managers across a whole range of HR matters providing expert advice and being on hand to support throughout managment processes.

Lucy has gained extensive experience in Human Resources working for a diverse range of industries including both public and private sector organisations. She enjoys being organised and this is the approach that she takes to her work. Lucy embraces the variety that HR offers including dealing with people at all levels, resolving complex problems, case management and using initiative to generate new and improved ways of work.
