During my time at the institute, I studied towards BSc (Hons) Applied Bioscience with the University of Kent alongside completing laboratory work. My specialisms included aseptic cell culture (iPSCs, neuronal networks, and cancer organoid models), high-throughput protein screening, and immunocytochemistry techniques for imaging.

Completed BSc (Hons) Applied Bioscience with the University of Kent as part of a degree apprenticeship at the Wellcome Sanger Institute.
Joined ProjectGro in CGaP culturing cancer organoid models and performing quality control processes.
Joined the iNeurons project in CGaP culturing and differentiating induced pluripotent stem cells & neuronal networks, screening proteins, and cell imaging using immunofluorescence staining.
Trained in CGaP’s Media Team, learning fundamental cell culture and laboratory techniques.
Joined as a Higher Laboratory Scientist Apprentice in the Cellular Generation and Phenotyping Group (CGaP), Wellcome Sanger Institute
