Maintaining and running Open Targets Genetics pipelines and implementing new features/datasets, such as SNP-tissue enrichment based on publicly available epigenetics datasets.

My Ph.D. was focused on integrating multiple sources of epigenetic datasets to inform potential target genes at non-coding GWAS loci.  Nowadays I am applying the same skillset to all publicly available GWASs at scale.
